Monday stitching

After yesterday's rain this morning the weather was much cooler making my morning walk much more pleasant you can truly feel autumn in the Florida air.

I did make time to get some hand embroidery in yesterday though not as much as I had planned, it was one of those achy fingers day so holding onto the needle became uncomfortable.
Another few branches done, I'm not sure I like the results of the variegated floss with this round of stitching, it's odd how the color can be so different with each length cut from the skein.

    Sorry to hear about the achy fingers as that would make stitching for any length of time very uncomfortable.

    It is amazing how different each section of variegated floss can look when stitched up. Maybe once you have more of the piece embroidered, you'll find you like it better.
